Not all at once \u2014 but piece by piece.
Layer by layer.

You can forgive and still create boundaries.

It\u2019s a process.
And sometimes, the first step isn\u2019t letting go of them \u2014 it\u2019s letting go of the guilt you carry for not being \u201cover it\u201d yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let yourself feel it all.
