Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Back to Me Healing. By accessing this website, purchasing any service, course, or digital product, or booking a session with Johanna Lemoine (“Jo”), you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Services
All coaching, courses, and digital content offered are for educational, inspirational, and personal growth purposes only. They are not psychotherapy, medical advice, or treatment for any mental health condition. You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical or mental health professional if needed.
Booking & Payment
- All sessions and courses must be paid in full (or via approved payment plan) before access is granted.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe / PayFast / PayPal. We do not store your card details.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
One-on-one coaching
The Power Session: non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment.
The 7-Month Healing Journey & other multi-session packages
50% of the total fee is non-refundable upon signing. Remaining sessions may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice; unused sessions will be refunded pro-rata minus the non-refundable portion.
Digital courses & products
All digital courses, workbooks, and downloadable resources are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is sacred. Everything shared in sessions or via Voxer/WhatsApp remains strictly confidential except where there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, inside courses, and in session materials is copyright © Back to Me Healing or its licensors. You may not share, sell, or distribute materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
You participate at your own risk. Back to Me Healing and Johanna Lemoine are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our services or products.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
